i'm not loving the new background. i'm not hating it either. i'll leave it there.

how's the readability?

i haven't spent a whole lot of time knitting this week. i'm a bit stressed out...which ordinarily is the best time for knitting.
but.
i'm upset & stressed. i may end up snapping needles. it could all end up in tears.
i really don't need that right now.

here i am, knitting away...on something grey.
it's the grey swap & i'm knitting mitts. and lovely mitts they are.
so lovely that i'm going to make myself a set...probably.
they're relatively quick & easy to make. i've got one to do & two weeks. no worries.
everything but the chocolate is ready aside from this. oh yay.

i'm *still* working on noro stripey socks for my tallest, a blanket for a friend of my sister...a pair of socks for me & rainbow socks...i think that's it.
nope! the black lace death shawl. i'd forgotten about that one. i'll need to go out into daylight to see where i'm up to with that one.

i finished my dundee hills shrug on saturday afternoon...and immediately wanted to cast on something new. as you can see, that is completely unnecessary.
going out & taking a wip was the best remedy for this...so i did. visiting with my sister & watching movies. it's a great way to spend a saturday afternoon.
